Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order.

Mobile number
Email address
Delivery or collection information
Uploaded files
Quantity
Paper size and type
Colour or black-and-white selection
Other printing specifications
Any other information required to fulfil the order
We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
3. Uploaded Files and Documents
Customers may upload documents or images for printing and related services.
By uploading a file, you confirm that:
You have the right or necessary permission to have the document printed.
The file does not knowingly violate applicable laws.
The file does not contain unlawful material that you are asking us to reproduce.
You are responsible for the contents of the uploaded material.
Muthamizhan Xerox does not claim ownership of customer-uploaded documents.
We may refuse to process an order where we reasonably believe that the requested service may involve illegal, fraudulent, infringing, or otherwise prohibited activity.
4. Copyright and Intellectual Property
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights or permissions to reproduce copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise protected material.
Muthamizhan Xerox is not responsible for copyright or intellectual-property violations arising from material supplied by a customer.
We reserve the right to refuse an order where there is a reasonable concern regarding copyright infringement, unlawful reproduction, or other legal violations.
5. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, specifications, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
However, minor variations may occur, particularly with colours, images, product packaging, paper appearance, and screen display.

Once payment has been received, we may immediately begin processing, printing, preparing, packing, or fulfilling the order.
Therefore, customer-requested cancellations after successful payment will generally not be accepted.
This provision does not exclude or restrict any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
10. Printing and Customised Services
Printing and customised orders are prepared according to the customer’s instructions.
Once processing or printing has started, customers cannot normally request changes to:
Uploaded files
Quantity
Paper size
Paper type
Colour
Layout
Printing options
Other order specifications
Customers are responsible for reviewing their requirements before completing payment.
11. Printing Errors and Quality Issues
If an error occurs due to Muthamizhan Xerox, we will review the issue and may provide an appropriate remedy.
Depending on the circumstances, the remedy may include:
Reprinting
Correction
Replacement
Refund
Another reasonable solution
Examples of issues that may be considered include:
Wrong document printed due to our error
Incorrect quantity supplied due to our error
Pages missing due to our processing or packing error
Significant printing defects attributable to us
Product materially different from the order
Claims may be subject to verification.
12. Quantity Verification
Customers should check the quantity of printed copies or products received as soon as reasonably possible.
If a customer believes that fewer items or copies were supplied than ordered, the customer should contact us within 24 hours of delivery or collection.
We may review relevant records, including:

Printing records
Packing records
Delivery records
Collection records
Photographs or videos
Customer communications
We may request reasonable supporting evidence from the customer before resolving the claim.
This process does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
13. Refunds and Returns
Our Refund and Returns Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
Customers should review the Refund and Returns Policy before placing an order.
Printing and customised orders are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once processing or printing has started, subject to applicable law and the remedies available for defects, deficiencies, incorrect products or services, or errors attributable to Muthamizhan Xerox.
14. Delivery and Collection
Where delivery is offered, customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by:
Incorrect address
Incorrect phone number
Customer not being available to receive the order
Customer refusing delivery
Incomplete delivery information
Circumstances outside our reasonable control
Where an order is available for collection, customers should collect it within the applicable collection period communicated by us.
15. Uncollected Orders
If a customer fails to collect an order within the applicable collection period, we may contact the customer regarding collection.
For customised or printed orders, failure to collect the order does not automatically create a right to a refund.
Additional storage, handling, or other charges may apply where clearly communicated and permitted by applicable law.
